Our state of the art machines allow us to carry out diamond cut alloy wheel repair and refurbishment services. Our technicians are experienced in all types of damage to diamond cut alloy wheels – including corrosion, scuffs and bent, cracked, or torn rims.

Our process has been streamlined to provide only the best of results. We remove the tyre from the wheel, followed by running it through our aqua blast machine, this ensures we strip off all the lacquer, and paint from the alloy. Next we paint the alloy and then place them onto our lathe. We then cut away a very precise layer from the alloy, leaving a diamond cut finish.

Next up, we use a concentrated scratch proof lacquer that provides protection to the alloy all year round.

Finally, each of the alloys are thoroughly inspected by our technicians to ensure our high standards of quality have been met. The tires are then refitted, inflated to the correct pressure and rebalanced.
