DIAMOND CUT
Our state of the art machines allow us to carry out diamond cut alloy wheel repair and refurbishment services. Our technicians are experienced in all types of damage to diamond cut alloy wheels – including corrosion, scuffs and bent, cracked, or torn rims.
Our process has been streamlined to provide only the best of results.
STANDARD REFURBISHMENT
Having great looking alloys can dramatically change the look of your vehicle. Here at The Alloy Experts we are proud to offer full factory alloy wheel refurbishment, not just touch ups. Your alloy is placed into our aqua blast machine which ensures that all the lacquer and corrosion is removed. We then take the alloy onto our work bench and ensure any scuffs are sanded down and re filled - if required. Next we build the wheel back up by adding coats of primer and lastly we spray each wheel with paint and lacquer or your choice and oven bake them for a perfect finish.
STRAIGHTENING REPAIR
Any number of things can cause damage to your alloys, including pot holes, poor road surfaces or accidentally hitting a curb whilst parking. Essentially, anything that hits your wheel hard enough can cause it to buckle.
To replace an alloy wheel can be extremely costly, with some alloys costing hundreds of pounds to fix. This is why we’ve invested in the latest straightening equipment, enabling our trained technicians to quickly and effortlessly straighten alloy wheels, providing our customers with an affordable solution to this common problem.
